During yesterday’s session at the National Procurement and Tender Administration Board (NPTAB), Ministry of Finance, dozens of companies presented bids for the provision of weeding and cleaning compounds for Georgetown schools. This contract is under the Ministry of Education.
Meanwhile, bids were opened for the provision of extermination services at administrative offices in Georgetown. This programme was also under the Ministry of Education.
There were bids for extermination services at Georgetown Schools. Three companies submitted bids for this project.
Bids were also opened for the provision of attendant services at the Georgetown Public Hospital Corporation (GPHC).
Contractors also vied for a contract to provide security services at the GPHC.
There was also a contract for provision of floor care and janitorial services to the hospital.
And finally, bids were opened for the supply of one 75 KVA Generator at Matthews Ridge. This contract is under the auspices of the Hinterland Electrification Company.
