Two more matches will be contested today at the Dem Amstel Community Centre ground when play in the Den Amstel Culture Group (DACG) / Big Player Organization (BPO) Inter Block Football tournament continues.
Today’s matches in the round-robin five team competition commences at 14:00hrs with Fellowship taking on West Coast Masters with the main attraction two hours later bringing together Back Street and West Bank Masters.
Defending champions Road Front opened their quest to retain the title with a 2-1 win last Sunday against Fellowship, while West Coast Masters mauled West Bank Masters 4-1.
The teams accumulating the most points following round robin play will earn the right to contest the final with the winner walking away with $50,000 while the loser will earn $25,000. Third and fourth place will be awarded $15,000 and $10,000, respectively.
