The national Sevens rugby squad and its Management departed yesterday to participate
in the NACRA Championship being played in Mexico.
Guyana is in Group C along with defending champions Mexico, Cayman Islands and St. Vincent and the Grenadines and will open their campaign for top honours when they face the host.
The full team is: Vallon Adams, Dwayne Schroeder, Avery Corbin, Richard Staglon (Vice-Captain), Ryan Gonsalves (Captain), Leon Greaves, Peabo Hamilton, Ronald Mayers, Kevin McKenzie, Claudius Butts, Isiejah Allen and Patrick King, while the Manager is Ret. Col. John Lewis, Head Coach-Theodore Henry and Strength and Conditioning Trainer/ Physiotherapist- Barrington Browne.
