Guyana’s reputed leaders in online shopping and shipping services, Freightlink Express,
recently launched its annual “Christmas Giveaway” Promotion. It is intended to encourage more locals to maximize on “online shopping” through the company for the season, as cheaper prices are offered by worldwide markets on the internet during this time.
According to the company’s Public Relations Officer, Keisha Sewcharran, the promotion was also initiated to show customers an appreciation for their continuous support throughout the company’s four years of existence.
It was explained that for every purchase of “$10 000 or more”, customers will receive a coupon to fill, which will make them eligible to win one of several grand prizes on offer.
Coupled with 10 $5000 gift cards, customers will have a chance to win; a BlackBerry Q10, a Samsung Smart TV, an iPad Mini 3, a “Special Edition” HP Laptop and the grand prize of an iPhone 6.
The company’s Chief Executive Officer, Zahir Hack, said that the online shopping process is made simple with Freightlink Express. Customers who do not have credit cards can visit the company to make a cash purchase of the online item they require.
Meanwhile customers with credit cards can sign up with the company’s “Skybox Courier Service”, which handles the safe shipment, duties and taxes of the online item purchased.
He maintained that the company charges no commission, there are no “hidden costs” on items, and there is the convenience of a promised two to three days shipping to Guyana.
Hack said that Freightlink Express has three weekly “flights” and “ocean shipments” and noted that the company’s delivery system covers Georgetown, Berbice, Linden and Essequibo.
The CEO also announced that Freightlink Express has collaborated with “Bill Express” and GT&T’s “Mobile Money” to save customers the hassle of travelling to the company to make purchases.AIR- Three(3) Cargo Flights weekly in & out of Guyana.
