David was unrepresented at his first court appearance however, Attorney-At-Law Peter Hugh spoke on his behalf pro bono yesterday afternoon. Hugh told the court that David is 20-years-old and had no previous brushes with the law.
Police Prosecutor Michael Grant said, that $72,000 was recovered and that he had no objections to bail which was subsequently granted. The matter has been transferred to the Mahdia Magistrate’s Court for January 12, next year.
