The Guyana Floodlights Softball Cricket Association has released the venues for the Guyana Softball Cup tournament which will run from Friday October 31 to Saturday November 1st.
Twenty-four matches will be played on Friday October 31st .
Venues:
1: Police Ground Eve Leary: 3 Matches start 9AM……….3 Matches start 1:30PM
2:Everest Ground : 3 Matches start 9AM……….3 Matches start 1:30PM
3: Bourda Ground: 2 Matches start 9AM……….2 Matches start 1:30PM
4: DCC Queenstown: 2 Matches start 9AM……….2 Matches start 1:30PM.
5; Malteenoes Ground: 1 Match start 9am………..1Match start 1:30PM
6: MYO Ground: 1 Match start 9am………..1Match start 1:30PM
Saturday November 1st:16 Matches will be played………..12 preliminaries, 4 Semi Finals {2 Open + 2 Masters)
1: Police Ground : 3 matches start 9AM
2: Everest Ground: 3 matches start 9AM…………..1:30pm 2 Semi- Finals
3: Bourda: 2 matches start 9 AM…………..1:30PM 2 Semi- Finals.
4: DCC Ground: 2 matches start 9AM.
5: Malteenoes Ground: 1 Match start 9AM.
6; MYO Ground: 1Match start 9AM.
Finals for Men Open & Men Masters will be played on Sunday November 2nd at DCC Ground, Lance Gibbs Street, Queenstown.
Three Female exhibitions games among Mike’s Wellwoman, 4R Lioness, Trophy Stall Angels & Karibee Girls will be contested.
11AM: First female semi-finals 10/10
12:30PM: Second female semi-finals 10/10
2 PM: Guyana Softball Cup 4″ Male Masters finals 20/20.
5:15 PM: Female finals. 10/10. Day/ Night match
6:30 PM: Guyana Softball Cup 4″ Male Open Finals 20/20 Night match.
9:30 PM: Presentation Ceremony.
10:00 PM: Conclusion of Guyana Softball Cup 4″.
A total of 45 Matches in 3 days are expected to be contested during the tournament.
