Table toppers Pepsi Hornets with eight points would be looking to maintain their unbeaten run when the Golden Brook/Windjammer/ Toney Sevens League resumes today, at the National Park.
In today’s action, GDF take on Caribs in the first game at 15:00 hrs and that will be followed by the clash between Hornets and UG, while Police go up against Caribs; Hornets tackle GDF and UG engages Police.
First round matches played last Saturday, Pepsi Hornets defeated Yamaha Caribs and Guyana Police Force 12-7, 22-0 respectively. Guyana Defence Force were trashed by University of Guyana Wolves 5-31, Yamaha Caribs defeated University of Guyana Wolves 29- 7, while the battle of the forces saw Guyana Defence Force outplay a young Guyana Police Force 20-5.
