As the days wind down before this Saturday’s Cricket for Unity T20 cricket match that will feature prominent members of society in a competitive setting, two more business entities have come on board in support.
Diamond Auto Show of Diamond on the East Bank of Demerara and the Trophy Stall of Bourda have chipped in with support to ensure the game is a success.
Managing Director of Diamond Auto Show, Mr. Jermaine Horatio and Sales Representative of Trophy Stall Ms. Marcia Shakes handed over their respective contributions to Chairman of the Cricket For Unity Committee, Dexter Garnett.
Both complimented Garnett for the initiative and said they are eagerly awaiting the game since it presents an opportunity for members of the public to see prominent persons of the society competing against each other in a different setting.
Gratitude was extended to both entities for their timely support by Garnett who said that all the stops would be pulled out to ensure that fans are treated to some exciting play.
The game is set for Saturday under lights at the Demerara Cricket Club Ground (DCC) from 17:30hrs between Roraima Strikers and Kaieteur Thunders.
