The company has announced through its Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Mr. Haresh Narine Sugrim that construction is currently ongoing on a piece of property that was purchased on the corner of Lombard and Harold Streets for a four story Mall, which will also house the Guytrac Head Office.

He outlined that construction of the 35,000 square feet mall began in May and is expected to conclude in September with the official opening scheduled for December.
Additionally, the company revealed plans to build another four story building not too far from the Queens Mall that will be a car park, mall and a 60 room executive hotel with a bar and restaurant. Building of this complex is scheduled to start in February of 2015.
