The Guyana Cricket Umpires Council (GCUC) has congratulated Guyanese Moses Ramphal for topping the Caribbean in the 2013 West Indies Cricket Umpires Association (WICUA) Oral and Practical exams.
Ramphal gained 96.5 %, while Edward Bowen with 89.5 and Anthony Ramsahai 89 were the other Guyanese that were successful at the exams. The council has also commended Bowen and Ramsahai for their efforts and wished the trio well in their careers.
