Former Demarara Under-19 cricketer Renole Bourne will host a Holiday Bash six-over knock-out Tape Ball Cricket competition on the Cultural Centre Tarmac on December 28. The event, which caters for teams of seven players each, has an entrance fee of $7,000 and as you lose you go home.
Teams will battle for the winner take all prize of $50,000 while the winner of a special exhibition match will walk away with $10,000. There will also be prizes up for grabs for the best Batsman, Best Bowler and Batsman with the most sixes.
