The cricket match organised by the National Association of Agricultural, Commercial and Industrial Employees (NACCIE) which was scheduled to be played on Sunday July 14 between host Albion and Demerara Cricket Club has been brought forward to Saturday July 13.
Some of the players expected to be on show are Narsingh Deonarine, Veerasammy Permaul, Devendra Bishoo, Sewnarine Chattergoon, Jonathan Foo, Trevon Griffith, Christopher Barnwell and Derwin Christian.
The game is being organized by the Union to raise funds for the restructuring of the NACCIE Resource Centre at the Albion Front on the Corentyne to support culture and education in the Berbice area.
The union is apologizing to all who have brought tickets for Sunday July 14; the tickets are still valid for Saturday July 13.
