After Kemol Savory was removed for 14 at 185-3, Sattaur resumed his innings after retiring hurt with cramps the previous day on 101 but added just five runs before he was run out in a mix-up with Chanderpaul to hasten the Demerara demise.
Ricardo Peters continued his good form with an attractive 65 with four fours and a six, but only Balgobin, who made 45 with three fours and two sixes, and Ricardo Adams (16) passed 15.
Leg-spinner Steven Sankar bagged 3-26, while Yadram (2-9), Shivram Persaud (2-26) and left arm spinner Devon Lord (2-46) captured a couple of wickets for the winners. (Sean Devers)
