West Indies Women defeated South Africa Women by eight wickets in the opening Twenty20 International at the Beausejour Cricket Ground.
Deandra Dottin led their chase of 114 with a well played 48 not out to earn the player-of-the-match award. She would certainly remember this game, her 50th, and was given a special award by WICB President Julian Hunte.
