Green Acres last Friday morning spread the Christmas spirit with their annual Christmas Parade around part of the city.
The event involved the students from the day care along with their teachers and parents. The two and three year olds were dressed in a variety of costumes depicting Christmas, from scenes of the first Christmas (nativity) to Santa Claus and his helpers among others.
Accompanied by two music carts and police outrider, the youngsters attracted many a curious but appreciative onlooker as they made their way around the streets. Students from several area schools came out to look and cheer on the parade.

AAAWW!! This is what Christmas is all about…. children, innocence , Peace On Earth and Goodwill among men. From the look of things Green Acres did a fine job with the children , at that age they are quite fidgety but they seem quite orderly here.
