The Baccoo Speaks
Each day gets crazier and crazier because increasingly people are treating vehicles as though they are toys and the people on the roads are ninepins.
Take the case of the man who is going to race through a city street with phone in one hand and with no regard for traffic rules. A lamp pole is going to stop him at great cost to a lot of people, most of all the Guyana Power and Light.
The courts are going to be a disinterested bystander but the final cost to the driver will be a suspended licence plus the cost of repairs to many structures.

A known criminal is going to attract a gunfight because of his penchant for money earned by others. He was already before the courts for similar offences.
One policeman is going to spot him and the chase will begin, in a crowded neighbourhood. The gunman is going to have little regard for the crowd because he is going to use them as a shield.
He will manage to escape, but not for long. The headlines will tell his story.

Electricity once used properly, is a good tool. But there are people who are going to attempt illegal connections. These things had slipped beneath the radar. This time around, a man is going to be trying one of these things and the results will be fatal.
