Twilight Masters All Stars will play two games against the Barbados Masters All Stars on Saturday 3 and Sunday 4 September at GFC.
The Bajan Team will be spearheaded by former National Captain John “Nobby” Parris, Rodney Barker, Albert Matt, Larry Alleyne and George Skeete. The local team will include Anthony “Tony” Stanton, Dion “Alpha” Barnwell, Clayton “Lee” McCleod, Terrence Wills, Orin “Shortman” Agard, Garfield “Snooks” Shepherd and Aubrey “Turkey” Adams with Gordon “Ultimate Warrior” Brathwaite as Coach/Player and Colin Howard as Manager.
There will be two Games played on each day. On Saturday 3rd the feature game will be preceded by an Under-23 clash between Pele FC and Net Rockers of Linden. Pele FC will be led by National Under-20 & 23 Star Sheldon Holder, Omallo “Mow” Williams, Rawl Adams, Joshua Kamal, Mark Wright, Kirwyn Benjamin, Seon Marshall and Seon Jackman in goal.
Net “Rockers” Challenge will be spearheaded by former Under – 20 Star Deshawn Joseph, The Wills Brothers, Orande and Omeion, Kennard Archibald and two members of the Inter Guiana Games Squad, Clarence Huggins and guest player Trenton Lashley. The team will be coached by Eyon Wills.
On Sunday 4th the first game on the Double Header Card will be between the senior players of Pele FC and Western Tigers. The “Tigers” will be led by Sherman “Pluto” David, Dwayne Alli, Nedd “Chevy” Fraser and Pele FC will include Solomon Austin, Keoma Gravesande, Marvin “Springer” Joseph, Mervyn “Shumaka” Liverpool and Stellon “Rusty” David.
Action on both days begins at 5:00pm.
