Tutorial High School won by a walk over from Lodge Secondary, while Christ Church and Tucville Secondary Schools both failed to show up thus forfeiting their chances of advancing when action in the Scotia Bank/Pepsi School Academy football Tournament continued at the Carifesta Sports Complex on Saturday June 4 last.
In the 2 male games scheduled, Queens College gave their 2nd walk over in 2 weeks, this time to St Georges High. In the 2nd game North Georgetown defeated Tutorial 3-nil after Tiatum Tiatum scored thrice, in the 11th, 33rd and 51st minutes.
The semi finals are scheduled to get underway on Saturday June 18 next with Tucville opposing East Ruimveldt in a females match starting at 08:30 hrs. North Georgetown and Queens College will next collide in the male segment starting at 11:00 hrs. Ninety minutes later, at 12:30hrs, East Ruimveldt plays Christ Church in the other semi-finals clash.
The finals are slated for June 25 next at the Carifesta Sports Complex or Georgetown Football Club ground.
