After opening its doors to the public just over 3 years, Total Fitness Gym located at Grove Public Road, East Bank Demerara will host its first competition which will see its members clashing for the Mr. Total Fitness Gym title with the females competing in the Ms. Best Legs contest.
Gym Manager/Trainer Videsh Sookram said the excitement among the members is already high and persons can be seen going through their paces in a dedicated manner day after day.
“We will have about six to eight females contesting the best legs competition and this I can assure will be very keen.
The ladies are really working hard and they are enjoying exercising.”
With about 30 males already in the lineup, the race for Mr. Total Fitness Gym is well and truly on and is expected to be fierce in the five categories and then the overall pose down which will feature the respective category winners.
The categories are Bantamweight, Lightweight, Welterweight, Light-Middleweight and Heavyweight.
The Guyana Amateur Body Building and Fitness Federation (GABBFF) have been written to informing them of the show and seeking permission for the fund raising event.
