Fitness Paradise to host Health & Fitness Weekend

Set for Arrowpoint Nature Resort July 24-25

Fitness Paradise Gym, located on the roof of Brandsville Hotel, is committed to lifting the bar when it comes to exercising and being health conscious.
The Gym owned and operated by Donald and Diane Sinclair will be hosting its first Health and Fitness Weekend on July 24-25 at the Arrowpoint Nature Resort. The event, which is open to the public, targets especially those persons whose work schedules during the week are demanding that very little time is left for essential exercise with the result being, their personal health is compromised.
The Health & Fitness Weekend includes seminars on exercise, nutrition and stress management and combines physical activity with recreation in the outdoor resort setting of Arrowpoint Nature Resort.
Participants will have a genuine opportunity to re-examine their exercise, nutritional and sleeping habits and to make the kind of life-style modifications needed to improve their levels of overall fitness.
The event aims at giving true meaning to the term “The great outdoors.” Arrowpoint Nature Resort was itself carefully chosen as the venue for the activity, given its facilities for exercise walking, jogging, swimming, canoe-rowing, trail-biking and seminars.
Participants can expect to participate in such organized activities as Nature walks, swimming, canoeing, beach volleyball, trail biking and stretching.
There will also be a seminar on exercise as it relates to stress management, and special tips on nutrition for the healthy life-style.
All meals and snacks served during the weekend will exemplify the importance of healthy eating as part of an overall approach to optimum health.
