Police issue wanted bulletin for septic tank murder suspect
Police have issued a wanted bulletin for a woman whom they believe is the main suspect in the murder of Ram Kanaya.
According to the police, Particksha Shaw is wanted by the police for questioning in connection with the murder of Ram Kanaya whose body was found in a septic tank at No.78 Village, Corriverton, Berbice.
Persons going into the Corentyne backlands were hit by a strong stench, which they suspected was coming from a dead animal.
The police were contacted and the partly decomposed body was pulled from the septic tank.The woman is said to be brown in complexion and her last known address was Grant 1806, Crabwood Creek, Corentyne.
Kanaya’s body was found on November 15 last.
