Guyanese Mission Heads for four day retreat at home

Guyanese diplomats worldwide will be home from October 12 for a four-day retreat.
This was disclosed by Head of the Presidential Secretariat Dr Roger Luncheon yesterday at his post Cabinet press briefing.
According to Dr Luncheon the decision was made at the level of Cabinet and the retreat will include Government, State and other entities.
Among the many diplomats that represent Guyana overseas are High Commissioner to India Ronald Gajraj, Norman Faria at the Guyana Consulate in Barbados. Odeen Ishmael is Guyana’s Ambassador to Venezuela.
Some of the other diplomats expected are E. R. Braithwaite, Catherine Pollard, Bertrand Ramcharan, Danny Doobay, and Brentnol Evans.
