Jamelle and Tiffany Hubert displayed impressive talent, while Carib House conquered the other houses as School of Nations concluded their annual track & field inter house championship at the Police Sports Club ground.
Four houses, Carib, Arawak, Wapisiana and Macushi houses participated in keen competition for top honours.   Carib House conquered all comers with 599 points with Wapisiana in the second position on 478 points, third Macushi with 458 and Arawak in the cellar on 361.
Jamelle and Tiffany Hubert were outstanding in the girls open and under 16 categories, recording wins in the 100m, 200m, 400m, 4×100 and 4x400m relays.
The day’s programme got underway with a colourful display depicting our Amerindian tribes, represented by the houses.  That was followed by the commencement of the track events.
