South Turkeyen Sports Committee stages Father’s Day Domino competition

Tomorrow is Father’s Day and in commemoration of this auspicious occasion the South Turkeyen Sports Committee will host a grand domino tournament dubbed ‘Father’s Day Finals’ which gets underway today at Shem’s Hideout 244 Smith Vryheid’s Lust Housing Scheme starting at 18:30hrs.
Several teams would vie for honours including the Ministry of Education. Professional Guard service (PGS), GEB Security Services, Shem team and Black Stallion Warriors.
Challenges would also come from Machine, South Better Hope, Derwin Team, North Better Hope, the GDF, Cops Security and C Field Sophia.

The players would compete for trophies as well as cash prizes donated by Minister of Youth Sports and Culture Frank Anthony, Marketing Director, Ansa McAl, Troy Cadogan, NDC, Region 4, Ken Phillips, Antarctic Maintenance and Repairs, Attorney-at-Law Basil Williams, Dr Keith Quaicoe and Leader of the Alliance for Change and Attorney-at-Law, Raphael Trotman. The competition is organized by Johnny ‘Overseas’ Barnwell.
